Jean-Frédéric Maraia was interviewed by leading French-speaking Geneva radio station Radio LAC, to discuss the upcoming referendum on the modification of the Federal Tax Act.
During the interview, Jean-Frédéric discusses and debates the upcoming referendum (September 17,2020), where the Swiss parliament will propose to increase the maximum child care expense deduction from CHF10,100 to CHF25,000, and its aim to eliminate the potential tax burden that could refrain a family unit from having both parents performing a professional activity. Jean-Frédéric also highlights the increase of the federal fiscal deduction from CHF6,500 to CHF10,000 per child.
