International Arbitration Partner Julie Raneda was a speaker at the SIAC-CIETAC Seminar on Effective Dispute Resolution for Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) Investments. She moderated a panel on Comparative Perspectives on Arbitration in China and Singapore.
Julie emphasized the importance of acknowledging the differences in approach to arbitration in China and Singapore in the BRI context, in particular in relation to cross-examination, document production, the role of experts and the enforcement of arbitral awards.
