Lorenza Ferrari Hofer participated in the GRUR (German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) "Recht der Daten" Committee working session. Her presentation focused on "Ownership of Non-Personal Data, state of the discussion in Switzerland".
The GRUR Committees discuss questions of national, European and international law and prepare position papers to be issued by GRUR on draft legislation, directives and treaties, and on questions of the application of the law.
