During the lecture, which was held in Spanish, Marco gave an introduction on the organization of international sport with a focus on the Olympic Movement and touching upon selected issues of Swiss association Law. Marco also explained the main features of Swiss Arbitration Law and how it impacts the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) in Lausanne. He also addressed legal remedies before the Swiss Supreme Court and selected issues related to human rights in international sport.
