Olivier Favre: Speaker at the ISDA conference

Banking and Finance Partner Olivier Favre was a speaker at a conference organized by the ISDA – International Swaps and Derivatives Association – on "getting ready for Phase 5 Initial Margin Implementation". The event, held in Zurich, focused on the implementation of initial margin requirements for uncleared OTC derivatives.
The panel discussion provided an overview and comparison of the requirements for posting initial margin under Swiss and EU regulations and their implications for entities coming into scope of the requirements.
Other speakers were representatives of ISDA, Linklaters, HSBC, JP Morgan, Euroclear, Clearstream, State Street Bank, Nakhoda and Lenz & Staehelin.
