Roland Mathys and Samuel Klaus held a lecture on "Software License Agreement" in the context of the University of Zurich's CAS on "International Business Transactions and Technology Transfer", building part of the LLM course in "International Business Law".
In their interactive lecture, Roland and Samuel focused on transactional aspects of software license agreements, including intellectual property rights in software, open source software and related due diligence and transactional challenges.
