Schellenberg Wittmer Hosts the ACi's Immersive Investigations Workshop

Schellenberg Wittmer hosted the ACi's (Association of Corporate Investigators) Immersive Investigations Workshop organized by the ACi team in Geneva.

The event brought together close to 50 corporate investigators, compliance officers, investigative consultants and legal professionals. The participants were immersed in a real-life scenario with evidences, witness interviews and a script during which they had to plan their investigation strategy.

CEO of the ACi Steve Young gave the opening address while Katie Hodson (Head of Investigations, The Global Fund), David Wolfe (Team Leader, Investigations, The Global Fund), Kelsey Froehlich (Partner, The Mintz Group), Philippe Fleury (Partner, Head of Regulatory & Compliance and Forensic, KPMG Switzerland), Nico Van Der Beken (Partner, KPMG Switzerland) conducted the workshop together with Benjamin Borsodi (Partner, Head of Geneva Corporate Investigation team, Schellenberg Wittmer) and Claudia Jung (Associate, Information and Communication Technology group, Schellenberg Witmer).

The workshop was followed by a networking cocktail.
