Schellenberg Wittmer hosted a symposium on "Arbitration and Mediation for FinTech Disputes" co-organized by the School of International Arbitration (SIA) at Queen Mary University of London and the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center.
Philipp Groz, Roland Mathys, Samuel Klaus, Olivier Favre and external speakers shared their views on current legal issues and regulatory challenges in the FinTech industry, and on the use of alternative dispute resolution in this area.
