At Schellenberg Wittmer, we have taken the necessary steps to protect the health of our employees, our clients and the wider communities we work and live in. Most of our lawyers and staff now work remotely, but we remain fully available and reachable by phone (the normal phone numbers), email, fax and regular mail.

Sebastiano Nessi was co-chair and moderator of the inaugural International Chamber of Commerce Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) webinar on "Virtual Hearings".

With an interactive format and dynamic presentations from thought leaders in arbitration, the webinar brought together panelists (counsel and arbitrators) from across the world, to discuss the most salient questions and the legal, technical and practical challenges arising in the context of virtual hearings.

The webinar entitled "Virtual Hearings" – Requirements, Procedure and How to Get the Most of It, was attended by more than 100 participants and was followed by a virtual networking session.
