Olivier Hari: Interviewed on Federal Councilor's Bankruptcy Suspension Proposal

10.04.2020

Olivier Hari was interviewed by Le Temps, as a specialist opinion on Federal Councilor Karin Keller-Sutter's suspension proposal – allowing businesses and the self-employed to avoid bankruptcy, and find appropriate measures to maintain their business.

In the interview, Olivier comments on the "Covid-19 stay" proposal, (which will be examined by the Federal Government 16 April, 2020) for SMEs as "a step in the right direction" and as a "judicious measure that would de facto extend the stay of proceedings for companies." Olivier additionally underlines the recommended necessary duration for the proposal.
