Sebastiano Nessi was quoted in a newspaper coverage by leading newspaper "Le Temps" in the article titled "Les multinationales suisses recourent au droit international".
Ahead of the vote by Swiss citizens on the initiative to hold multinational corporations responsible for supply chains, Le Temps published an article on the use of public international law by private companies to sue States and vice-versa.
