Experience

  • Advising clients in Swiss and cross-border reorganization and insolvency proceedings as well as in all aspects of debt enforcement and bankruptcy law
  • Conducting litigation in connection with insolvency proceedings, the enforcement and recognition of foreign bankruptcy proceedings and civil judgments, and in various matters of contract and tort law
  • Assisting clients in cross-border taking of evidence and service of process
  • Advising clients on all aspects of insolvency law in domestic and cross-border M&A and financing transactions
