Luka Groselj is an Associate in Schellenberg Wittmer's Geneva office. His practice encompasses all aspects of international arbitration, including setting aside proceedings before the Swiss Supreme Court and enforcement of awards. In addition, Luka advises and represents sports federations, athletes, as well as state entities and corporations for all of their sports law matters, and has represented clients in CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sports) proceedings and before other sports bodies, including the IOC, FIS, IAAF, IBSF, IBU, ISU, IIHF.

Luka serves on the Committee of the Asia-Pacific Forum for International Arbitration (AFIA) as European Representative.

  • Acted for international clients in high-value and high-stake commercial ICC arbitrations governed inter alia by Swiss, English, Italian, Turkish, and French law in various industries (e.g., construction, pharmaceuticals, energy, manufacturing, finance);
  • Acted for international clients in a number of setting-aside proceedings before the Swiss Supreme Court in matters involving multinational companies and/or sovereign States with amounts in dispute excessing EUR 250 million;
  • Acted as tribunal secretary to ICC tribunals in a wide range of dispute and industries, notably in the largest arbitration of the history of Estonia.
