Manuel Liatowitsch is a Litigation Partner in our Zurich Office and a member of the firm's Management Committee. He represents clients in commercial disputes in Swiss courts and international arbitrations, and also acts as an arbitrator. He further specializes in shareholder/ownership disputes and in complex estate disputes; he also advises entrepreneurs and families on governance, dispute prevention and succession in privately held/controlled businesses.
