Marco Vedovatti is a Senior Associate in our International Arbitration Group in Zurich. He is admitted to practice in Switzerland and Spain (Abogado). He advises clients in high-profile sports disputes before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), as well as in related set-aside proceedings before the Swiss Supreme Court. He regularly lectures on international sports arbitration in postgraduate courses, in particular in Spanish-speaking jurisdictions. He also acts as counsel in complex international commercial arbitrations.


  •  Has represented private companies in international commercial arbitrations with seat in Zurich, Geneva, Paris, Madrid, Algiers and Dakar, under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Swiss Arbitration Center and the Common Court of Justice of the OHADA, in disputes governed by Swiss, French, English, Spanish, Algerian, Bulgarian, Moroccan, and Senegalese Law
  • Has represented companies in proceedings before Dispute Adjudication Boards (DAB) and related enforcement proceedings
  • Has represented agents, clubs, federations and athletes in high-profile international sports disputes before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), as well before adjudicative bodies of international federations and state courts
