Marco Vedovatti is an Associate in our International Arbitration Group in Zurich. He is admitted to practice in Switzerland and Spain (Abogado). He has acted as counsel in complex international commercial arbitrations, in particular in large construction/civil engineering and energy disputes, as well as in international sports disputes and arbitration-related proceedings before foreign courts.

Experience

  • Has represented private companies in international commercial arbitrations with seat in Geneva, Paris, Madrid, Algiers and Dakar, under the rules of the ICC and the Common Court of Justice of the OHADA, in particular in construction and civil engineering disputes governed by Swiss, French, English, Spanish, Algerian, Bulgarian and Senegalese Law
  • Has represented companies in proceedings before Dispute Adjudication Boards (DAB) and related enforcement proceedings
  • Has represented agents, clubs, federations and athletes in international sports disputes, both in ADR and court proceedings
