Schellenberg Wittmer Ranked in Financial Times Innovative Lawyer Report

31.10.2018 – Schellenberg Wittmer has been ranked 2018 as a "Standout" firm and was the only Swiss business law firm shortlisted for the Innovative Lawyer Awards.

Highly ranked, with the second highest score in the Dispute Resolution category, the firm is highlighted for its innovative work as lead counsel in the representation of 39 Russian Athletes who challenged their disqualification from the 2018 Sochi Games by the International Olympic Committee ("IOC") before the Court of Arbitration for Sport ("CAS"). The team was led by partners Philippe Bärtsch and Christopher Boog and included a number of lawyers across the Zurich, Geneva and Singapore offices.

Ranked for the second consecutive year within the reporting, Schellenberg Wittmer is the only Swiss business law firm to be placed in the standout ranking and shortlisted for an award across the top European firms.
