Part of the panel "The view from Continental Europe – key trends impacting compliance and investigations",  Peter formed part of the discussion, providing the Swiss perspective on developments in compliance programs, investigations and enforcement.  During his presentation, Peter also highlighted the impact of enforcement and compliance on cross-border and internal investigations and improvements in systems and controls surrounding bribery and money laundering.
