With other experts across various related fields, Yves was part of an online discussion that highlighted the short-term and longer term implications of the Covid-19 crisis on real estate in Switzerland.

Yves presentation focused in particular on the new legal framework adopted on an urgent basis by the Swiss Federal Council and on the changing relationship between landlords and tenants in view of the current economic situation  and of the present legal uncertainties. Other discussion subjects from the expert panel included the impact from an investor's perspective, Flexi-office, single office and home offices,  as well as the retail and hotel sectors.
