  • Assistance and advice to a Chinese investor for the due diligence, the structuring and the acquisition of a 5 star hotel situated in a mountain resort in Switzerland;
  • Advising a Chinese investor regarding a strategic investment in a SIX listed company through an innovative structure involving a block trade of shares to build the physical share position of the client. - Representation of a Chinese client in an international arbitration concerning the interests in a Chinese joint venture;
  • A Collar transaction agreement entered into between the client and a bank to hedge the client's long position and margin loans to provide financing to the client.
  • Representing a Chinese entity in an international arbitration against a German company regarding the construction industrial plants in China.
