Nathalie Voser: Appointed Co-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Guidelines and Rules Subcommittee

International Arbitration partner Nathalie Voser has been appointed as Co-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Guidelines and Rules Subcommittee with effect from 1 January 2020.
The Subcommittee is part of the IBA Arbitration Committee which focuses on laws, practice and procedures relating to the arbitration of transnational disputes. It monitors the use or non-use of IBA arbitration soft law products. Among other tasks, it has currently started the process of reviewing the Rules on Taking of Evidence and has set up a task force with that purpose. This task force will analyze whether amendments to the Rules on Taking of Evidence by 2020 are needed and, if yes, which ones.
