Schellenberg Wittmer advises Oxford Finance on a senior secured credit facility granted to Swiss company ObsEva


Schellenberg Wittmer acted as Swiss legal counsel to Oxford Finance LLC, a specialty finance firm that provides senior debt to life sciences and healthcare services companies, in respect of a USD 75 million senior secured credit facility granted to ObsEva SA (NASDAQ: OBSV / SIX: OBSN). ObsEva is a Swiss clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of novel therapeutics for serious conditions that compromise a woman’s reproductive health and pregnancy.

The Schellenberg Wittmer team consisted of partner Philippe Borens (Banking & Finance) and associates Fabio Elsener, Fabio Hurni (both Banking & Finance) and Roland Wild (Tax), who worked in close cooperation with DLA Piper LLP (US), Washington, acting as international counsel to Oxford.
