Benjamin Gottlieb was a speaker at the 5th Conference on International Arbitration and the United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Hosted by the University of Panamericana in Guadalajara, Mexico, the conference was part of a series of world events organized in collaboration with the United Nations Commission for International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Enactment of the CISG.
During the panel, Benjamin addressed the topic of burden and standard of proof in international commercial arbitration and under the CISG.
