First Schellenberg Wittmer FDI Pre-Moot

23.10.2020

Teams from Asia and Europe will participate in an FDI Pre-Moot organized and hosted by Schellenberg Wittmer.

The teams will have an opportunity to plead various complex issues arising in the context of international investment arbitration in front of experienced arbitration practitioners from Schellenberg Wittmer and other firms, which include winners of the previous FDI Moots.

The Schellenberg Wittmer FDI Pre-Moot is organized by Anna Kozmenko (Partner), Christopher Boog (Partner), Daniil Vlasenko (Associate), and Elias Ritzi (Trainee Lawyer) with the support of other members of Schellenberg Wittmer’s International Arbitration Group.
