Banking & Finance Partner Olivier Favre was a speaker at the conference "Kapitalmarkt – Recht und Transaktionen XV" organized by the Europa Institut in Zurich.
Olivier spoke about the transition from LIBOR rates to alternative risk-free rates and the use of fallback clauses with a focus on derivatives transactions. The event was chaired by Dr. Thomas U. Reutter and Prof. Dr. Thomas Werlen.
