Roland Mathys: Moderator at SIA-WIPO Joint FinTech Symposium

Roland Mathys moderated a panel at the Symposium on "Arbitration and Mediation for FinTech Disputes", jointly organized by the Arbitration and Mediation Centre of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the School of International Arbitration (SIA), with the support of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) and the International Technology Law Assocation (ITechLaw).
The panel addressed the subject of "Current Legal Issues in FinTech: Challenges and Opportunities" and covered contractual, data, regulatory and intellectual property aspects around FinTech.
