Our experience includes:

  • Representation of a substantial part of large Swiss energy producers and distributors in important cases in administrative law procedures concerning energy and grid tariffs, grid evaluation, transfer of part of the grid to the national grid operator swissgrid;
  • Representation of the leading Swiss power production and utility company BKW in various energy and grid tariff matters and court proceedings concerning the transfer of parts of the grid to Swissgrid, as well as the tariffs and costs of the transfer network;
  • Legal counsel to a major Swiss hospital group regarding a SAP software system for the hospital. This consisted of contract review and also assisting on implementing the project, which was running under public procurement provisions;
  • Regulatory and corporate advice to Uber, in particular in the context of the implementation of a new regulation in Geneva;
  • Assisting a large company providing property and facility management solutions in public procurement matters;
  • Legal counsel to a major Swiss IT development firm and service provider in contract negotiations under public procurement law of a large software development project for road traffic authorities in Switzerland;
  • Legal counsel to a globally active industrial group in a dispute regarding public procurement;
  • Legal advice to and support of a multinational healthcare company in public procurement procedures.
