Benjamin Borsodi is Schellenberg Wittmer's current Managing Partner and head of the Internal Corporate Investigations group in Geneva. His areas of practice are fraud and business crime, international mutual legal assistance, corporate investigations, asset tracing and recovery, as well as compliance.
